v     Built the  Level 2 Project Schedule for  Kinder Morgan CO2 Cow Canyon plant expansion project for Cluster 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Cortez, Colorado.

v     Monitor multiple schedules (Kinder Morgan Level 3 Baseline Schedule, Kinder Morgan Level 2 Schedule and the Total Ethylene Processing Unit FEL3 schedule, Total Refrigerator Storage Construction Project  in Primavera P6 and various projects in MS-Project 2013 respectively.

v     Creating detail construction schedule for Above Ground (A/G) and Underground (U/G) Pipelines for the Gulf Coast Gas to Liquid Project (over $12.5 billion project) at Shell

v     Review sub-contractor schedules and consulting with various disciplines lead on request for update communication to ensure milestones and project objective is achieved.

v     Preparation of various management reports including 30, 60 and 90 day look-head.

v     Decomposition of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) into work packages for better interpretation and understand by all project leads.

v     Preparation of S-Curve showing relationship and manpower distribution between phase 1 & Phase 2 and across the BDP/define phase.

v     Participate and analyzing of project flow diagram using Gantt Chart displays and histograms in Primavera.

v     Maintained the construction schedule of Mounted Ball Valves, Floating Ball Valves, and full opening check valves used by oil producing company.  Monitored actual progress, compared to baseline and report progress against schedule in primavera P6. 

v     Determined and analyzed critical path activities on Primavera P6 for identification of potential delay impacts. 

v     Guaranteed the accuracy of the information that the Project Manager receives and, if necessary, investigate further by checking with the field engineers if required.

v     Updated, consolidated, validated and recorded the Project Baseline Schedule from Primavera P6 with all the parties actively involved.

Prepared Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and activities on extensive piping for closed loop sample, safety shower & eye wash upgrade, and recovery oil tank projects at Warri refinery.
